Trouble Signing In

 

Make sure you set your Library Card/Username are the same as your Profile name. This will help resolve any confusion between the two since you can choose something different for each, which can be very confusing.

Unfortunately unless you can give us your exact Library Card/Username we will not be able to reset your password.

  • You should change your profile name to match your Library Card/Username once you are logged in. 

  • Click Manage Profiles

 

  • Click the pencil icon on the profile you want to edit.

 

  • Edit the Display Name to match the Library Card/Username. 

  • Edit your email and secret question.

 

Checking out a book

Checking Out a Book

When you find an e-book or audiobook that you would like to checkout:

  • Click on "Checkout" or click on "Wishlist" to checkout later.

  • Items checked out or on a "Wishlist" will go you "My Shelf".

 

 

  • If you place the item in your "Wishlist" you will need to go to "My Shelf" at the bottom of your screen. 

  • Then go to "Wishlist" at the top of your screen.

  • Once in your "Wishlist" you will click on "Checkout" underneath the book image.

 

  • After your item is checked out you will need to download the content. 

  • You must be connected to WiFi to download.

 

 

  • If you are not connected to a WiFi signal for download you will receive this message.
