The 2025 ARSL Conference will be held September 17-20, 2025 at the Albuquerque Convention Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This year's theme is Libraries Rise! The conference theme will focus on the "resilience, innovation, and collaboration that define small and rural libraries".
The Association for Rural and Small Libraries "builds strong communities through advocacy, professional development, and elevating the impact of rural and small libraries". ARSL represents rural and small libraries and promotes values of accessibility, intellectual freedom, professionalism, and collaboration. The ARSL 2024-2027 Strategic Plan outlines their goals and objectives to increase stability, membership participation, and expand advocacy efforts.
