Annual Report and State Grants-in-Aid Application for Public Libraries: Home

The FY25 Annual Report and State Grants-in-Aid Application will open Monday July 1, 2025 and will close Monday August 11, 2025. This is a firm deadline, so please plan accordingly.

IMPORTANT: Library data submitted for FY25 must ONLY cover library business and activities from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025.

NOTE: FY24 Annual Report data (July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024) was reviewed and submitted to the IMLS with final data expected to be posted on our website in Summer 2025.
