Annual Report and State Grants-in-Aid Application for Public Libraries: Home

The FY24 Annual Report and State Grants-in-Aid Application will open Monday July 1, 2024 and will close Monday August 12, 2024. This is a firm deadline, so please plan accordingly.

Library data submitted for FY24 must ONLY cover library business and activities from July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024.

NOTE: FY23 Annual Report data (July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2023) was submitted to the IMLS with final data expected to be posted on our website in Summer 2024.
