What is Interlibrary Loan?
Interlibrary Loan (ILL) is the cooperative service of libraries across the globe to share books, articles, and other library materials for the benefit of their patrons and their interests.
The New Mexico State Library provides ILL services for our many rural libraries, tribal libraries, and correctional facilities, in addition to our state employees, and to independent researchers.
We accept ILL requests through ILLiad, which serves as an interface between the ILL Department and our patrons. It provides a record of past ILL requests and the status of current requests.
Interlibrary Loan has a NEWSLETTER!
