City of Albuquerque Office of Civil Rights

The Office of Civil Rights investigates and advises on discrimination complaints in the areas of housing, employment, and public accommodations within the City of Albuquerque. The office is dedicated to the protection and promotion of human rights, human dignity, and equal access and opportunities for all members of the Albuquerque community. The office also offers non-discrimination technical assistance and training for employers and landlords/tenants.     Landlord/Tenant Hotline provides information for tenants, landlords, property managers, attorneys, judges, and various housing suppliers in the Santa Fe area. The hotline responds to individuals and informs them of their rights and obligations under federal, state, and local law.
