The Waste Isolation Pilot Program southeast of Carlsbad, NM began recieving TRU waste shipments in 1999. Many publications have been produced throughout its development and beyond. The NMSL is a designated WIPP reading room, which allows the public to come in and see the federal publications associated with the project.
Junior Ranger Coloring Books
The Government Publishing Office puts out a number of these coloring books for National Parks all across the country. It is a nice example of the child-focused content that comes from our federal government. Though these do not circulate, copies can be made here at NMSL.
